MS/MA Construction
Skill is the MINIMUM required MS/MA construction skill. Don't expect to ACTUALLY be able to make it at that skill level, however. Anything under the vehicle heading also seems to require the "Battleship Construction" skill to produce at better rates, but have no requirements for the base production. I've de-engrished the headers, so it should be a bit more clear what they mean now. The number in parentheses after the creation price means that you can make the indicated profit (xxx) by making that variant with vendor-bought materials and vendor it.
